Pooja Chatrath Gets Promoted As Vice President – IT At Cryoviva Biotech & Lineage Healthcare

Pooja Chatrath, Assistant Vice President – IT at Cryoviva Biotech & Lineage Healthcare has been appointed to serve as the Vice President – IT at the company. Chatrath, who is a 2016 NEXT100 Winner and was among the 7 women IT leaders felicitated at the NEXT100 Awards in December 2016.

She was promoted to the new position in July this year.

Chatrath served as the Assistant Vice President – IT at Cryoviva Biotech & Lineage Healthcare from 2012 to 2017. She has worked extensively in understanding business requirements, performing gap analysis between goals and existing procedures sets, and designing process and system re-engineering to increase productivity and reduce costs thus delivering large projects within defined timelines and budgets.

As Assistant Vice President – IT, Chatrath set up the entire IT infrastructure for RJCorp Healthcare verticals – Stem Cell Banking (Cryoviva India and Singapore), Diagnostics (Diagno Labs) and Birthing Center (Cocoon Hospital). Additionally, she introduced Open Source Operating Systems with Office products in the company and implemented Microsoft Ax 2012 ERP and first customer of Ax 2012 in India for Diagnostics division & LIMS (in-house development) with complete integration through HL7.

Chatrath drove significant IT-based change programs across various functions and managed IT infrastructure, IT outsourcing, vendor, IT service delivery and IT security. She has also been involved in Disaster Recovery Planning and Risk Assessment
